We ship all orders via Aramex – Store to Door, ensuring a reliable delivery experience.

2. Delivery Time

  • Orders typically take 8–11 business days to reach you within South Africa.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise during promotions or special offers.

4. Delays

While we partner with Aramex for timely delivery, LumaVault cannot be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Transport strikes or public holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
  • Any other circumstances beyond our control

We recommend providing accurate delivery details to prevent delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the Aramex website.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist you in contacting Aramex.
  • LumaVault is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments caused by the courier once the package has been dispatched.
